We have full time and part time dishwasher positions with up to 40 hours and two consecutive days off each week. Night and weekend availability is a must, however our culinary team is never in the kitchen past 10:30PM. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but our team loves to teach the right candidates.

Ideal applicants should have a minimum 2 years of prior line cooking experience, the ability to stand on their feet for an extended period, lift up to 50lbs and above all else be passionate about food, the culinary arts and have an understanding of all ServSafe practices.

This is a full time position requiring nights, weekends and some holidays. Our crew is very rarely in the kitchen past 10pm.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is seeking Banquet Servers to join our team. We specialize in outdoor seaside wedding ceremonies and tented wedding and company receptions. Our Banquet Servers work a full schedule from late June to mid-October, and a part-time schedule in April & May, and late October-December.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary service to members and guests

• Serve food and beverage at a wide range of events ranging from 20-250 people

• Set up event space, tables, and buffets in accordance with the banquet event order

• Serve food and drinks during and event: pass hors d'oeuvres, fill chafers, fill water glasses etc.

• Execute pre-event and post-event side work

• Keep working areas safe and clean at all times

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is seeking a server to join our Food and Beverage team. At least 2 years of food service experience is preferred. Night and weekend availability is required. Must have professional swimming and swim instruction experience. Knowledge of swim meets software and logistics is a plus. Our swim team will have roughly 40-50 kids practicing their swimming skills as a team. Here you will be able to encourage and coach kids aged 5 & up. Practice times are 8-10 am Monday, Wednesday & Friday, and 5-7 pm Tuesday & Thursday. We compete with other clubs in the area several times over the summer, so good organizational skills are a plus. This is a collaborative position between two coaches. People with positive, inclusive, and encouraging personalities are a plus.

Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is currently seeking Lifeguards for our 2023 pool season. Our pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Candidates with at least one year of experience in lifeguarding are preferred. Must have a valid lifeguard certification. Located right on New Hampshire's seacoast. We offer a great working environment with meals included.

The Lifeguard position has 3 different shifts.

Opening shifts are 8:45 am – 3:00 pm.
Mid-day shift is 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Closing shifts are 3:00 pm – 8:45 pm.

All hires are required to work at least one closing shift.

The opening shift includes getting the pool ready for the day by cleaning out skimmers, pulling & cleaning the pool vacuum, and making sure assorted equipment is on deck for the day.

Closing duties include putting away all safety equipment, removing trash, straightening up the deck, and other assorted cleaning duties.

Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is seeking Camp Counselors for our weekly camp program for children ages 5-9 years old. At least one year of experience preferred.

Hours are 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Thursday.

Wages are competitive based on experience.

Daily activities for the campers include golf, tennis, swimming, arts & crafts and field games, and of course, swimming in our beautiful outdoor pool.

You do not have to know how to golf or play tennis, as we have pros to run the logistics of the games.

Camp Counselors should be creative, have good leadership skills, be mature, and love to work with kids.

Meals and snacks are included.

Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is actively seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tennis Instructor for our upcoming season. This unique opportunity is perfect for someone who possesses a passion for tennis and enjoys sharing their love for the game with young enthusiasts. As a Tennis Instructor in Camp Wentworth your responsibilities will include:

• Tennis Instruction for children ages 5-9 years old.
• Outdoor Clay Court maintenance
• Tennis Pro Shop Organization

The work week is conveniently spread out from Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and includes a shorter shift on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you would be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all club areas and following a detailed daily assignment list. You would report to the Club Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitize all areas to the standard of cleanliness within time limits
(bathrooms, indoor/outdoor dining areas, sports facilities, office settings)
* Interact with members and guests in an extremely professional manner
* Maintain equipment and facilities in excellent condition
* Report on any shortages, damages or security issues to supervisor
* Check stocking levels of all consumables & cleaning supplies
* Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies

Skills
* Proven working experience in relevant field

Physical & Personal Requirements
* Must have valid Driver's License to operate utility vehicles
* Must be able to be on feet for 8+ hours per day including bending, reaching, lifting and operating small equipment
* Must be able to work in varying outdoor temperatures (hot & cold)
* Must be able to properly operate club cleaning tools and equipment including a floor scrubber

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
* Afternoon and evening availability are a must.

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
Cleaning: 1 year (Required)

Candidates should be upbeat, friendly, and organized to work as a starter/ranger.  Must be able to write clearly and handle themselves with a variety of different personalities.  Should be comfortable enforcing the clubs’ policies to all golfers.

Seasonal Position

Job duties include mowing, raking, shoveling, string trimming, course set up, operating equipment, and all other aspects of golf course maintenance. The work schedule includes Monday-Friday, a weekend day, and holidays. Golf privileges and lunch included.
