Overview: To participate in managing the daily operations in A La Carte Dining & Member Events. Room for growth for the right candidate!
Daily and weekly duties will include but are not limited to:
- Participate in opening & closing management duties.
- Weekly scheduling of Staff.
- Regular individual Staff reviews to discuss strengths and areas for opportunity
- Assist with hiring of Service Staff and Bartenders.
- Assist with ordering & inventory control.
- Improve and implement a service Staff training system.
- Maintain the operational systems and procedures set in place.
- Coaching Staff toward continual improvement in areas of service.
- Holding Staff accountable to systems & procedures.
- Work in concert with the F&B Manager, & Executive Chef.
- Work with F&B Manager to achieve goals set on the strategic plan.
- Professional interaction with Members and Guests.
- Uphold the Club’s Values.
